Belgian F-16 crashes at Vliehors range

A Belgian F-16s crashed in the North Sea near the Dutch island 'Vlieland' at around 10.55h local. The pilot, Cdt. Fabrice Massaux, was killed in this accident.
A maintenance crew's failure to put seals on an engine part caused an F-16D to crash into a Charleston marsh April 18, according to an Air Force report released today.
An aerial performance by the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds was cut short Saturday after a missile rail fell from an F-16C during the Chicago Air and Water Show. It seems that the right wingtip missile rail of the "slot," or number-four, touched the left horizontal stabilizer of the right wingman and thus broke off.

Nosewheel collapsed on Belgian F-16AM

Last monday the nosewheel of a Belgian F-16AM (#FA-83) from Kleine Brogel AB collapsed on the taxiway, in the final turn to the runway.
A U.S. Air Force F-16 fighter accidentally dropped two 10 kg practice warheads at a maritime gunnery range in the North Jeolla Province, South Korea on Wednesday afternoon.
A pilot's failure to follow standard F-16 operations procedures caused an F-16D to crash short of the runway at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., March 18, Air Force officials announced today.

A two-seat IDF/AF F-16D crashed today at Ramat David AFB, Israel, around noon local time. Both crew members ejected safely.
The Burlington International Airport, Vermont, closed their runways on Wednesday after an F-16's landing gear collapsed. The F-16 from the ANG 158th "Green Mountain Boys" FW was returning from a routine exercise at around 17.40h when the accident happened.
Circa 17.00 hours on April 18, 2005 an F-16DJ crashed next to the Ashley River near Charleston, South Carolina. The two crew members ejected safely. Both the main power and backup power failed moments before the crash, the pilot said.
An Air Force pilot was able to safely eject moments before his F-16DJ crashed just short of the runway at Nellis Air Force Base.
