Saw the Demo Team at the Cleveland (OH) National Air Show yesterday; definitely the #1 performance of the show. I've seen it on take-off, landing, static but the maneuverability of this airframe is beyond words. The tail-sliding turns is phenomenal.

Good for you man, sounds impressive.

We got shut out of any F-35 performance here in New England this year. Hopefully next, it'll grace us with its presence. I'm curious, have you seen a Raptor demo before? How would you compare it??

Seems to have ungodly amounts of power, with even more on the way!

Europe's fighters been decided. Not a Eurocanard, it's the F-35 (or insert derogatory term) Count the European countries with it.

The f-35 demo team was in New York less than two weeks ago.

New Yawk is NOT Nah Ahnglan
Take an F-16, stir in A-7, dollop of F-117, gob of F-22, dash of F/A-18, sprinkle with AV-8B, stir well + bake. Whaddya get? F-35.

Fair enough. It was 30-40 minutes from the border of Connecticut, a New England state.

I'm in MA. Not beyond my driving distance, but not next door either. The Westover AFRB and Barnes ANG are literally minutes away, but neither had a show this year. The Great New England airshow should be coming up next year though, hopefully it'll be much better than the last. The flying displays were quite limited last time, with no high performance jets in the mix. Ugh, and they wonder why attendance dropped off so significantly..

No argument.

The F-35 is nowhere near Denver anywhere this year. (Well, scheduled / announced, anyway.) I mighta made that 2-3 hour drive from mid Mass to see the Lightning o'er New Yawk.

Additional Cleveland Airshow video.

Cleveland looks steamy. 8)
The vortex(vapor?) I've never seen before on the back of the F-35, looks like to be flowing. (It seems to me that the vortex(Something like) is coming from a different part than usual. From DSI's recessed?)
Sorry for uploading many images. :notworthy:

Most of the photos are from Instagram. There are also a few Flickr.
I think can find many similar photos from this URL in the local category Cleveland on Instagram.

For the VAPE innit:
"Capt. Andrew Olson, F-35 Lightning II demonstration team pilot and commander, performs aerial maneuvers during the Aero Gatineau-Ottawa Airshow in Quebec, Canada, Sept. 7, 2019. The team consists of 10 Airmen who help showcase the world’s most technologically advanced fifth-generation fighter jet.
