Thanks I didn't know that, why would they say it flew in, that kinda makes me mad
maybe they flew it in in peices on a transport aircraft and then assembled it later..

yeah ive seen that model here in the UK a few years ago... it does a bit of globetrotting...

They had the same Plywood aircraft earlier this summer here at Shaw for the Shaw AFB open house / air show. It was "flown" into Shaw in an 18 wheeler and assembled on the show ramp for the air show.

At least this JSF mockup looks much more realistic than the one I saw at the '03 show. That one looked like one of those 'jet on a stick' things they put up on military bases. I'd would've believed that the one from the photos above actually flew, also!
