Hi,
I am looking for close up pics of the Greek Air Force latest aircraft acquisition - the Advanced Blk 52+ F-16D (dorsal spine type).
Do anyone have pics, or know of any web sites that contain such pics.
I have searched through most current aviation magazines, but most provide general pics, nothing on close ups on their dorsal spine, sensors, ECM, RWR stuff.
Thanks
Richard89
ps. Need info to attempt to build a scale model of this F-16 version.

What kit ae you using? Hase? 1/48?
Using the CE spine? what? You could start a thread over in the scale models forum, or at the ARC:

Gentlemen,
Searched the F-16 net libary. Have good general shots but nothing close up.
Reply to Habu:
Yes, using Hasegawa 1/48th scale F-16D with some modifications; using the CE spine, how about the Hasegawa F-16D (Israel) version with the resin spine - better? Some stuff from Hasegawa Mitsubishi F2 (F-16) model kit and some other will be scratch built.

I've heard both arguments, that the CE spine is better, that the resin spine in the Brakeet kit is better...just comes down to what you prefer. But h2's right, the Brakeet kit is very hard to find. I take it you'll alsp be using the CE CFTs.

hi Richard08,
Using both a Hase F2 kit and a Hase F-16D kit to model your HAF 52+ is an expensive project. This must be an important model to you. I guess the steal from the F2 kit is the 600 tanks.
Sorry, can't be any help on your initial request. The photo library here collects most if not all online reference. If you found any, do share with us here.
(edit: From the unclassifed photos, HAF 52+ does not have too many of the enigmatic sensors.) Majority scrap build should be on the spine (starboard) and the AIFF ant. And the ASHM if you're not using the BB cockpit set. For the spine, I believe we have the GPS antenna, the additional air intake above on the closed dispenser and the sensor near the tail drag chute which is common to the older fleets.
CE spine vs Hase IAF F-16D spine
I guess if you already have a Hase F-16DJ kit, the CE spine might be a better option. But, if you have not and would like to have the convenience, the Hase 09466 will be a better choice. Like what the guys have mentioned, it all boils down to the availability. I am kind of surprise, the stock status at HLJ is discontinued.
Habu is right, CE CFT is a must for any 52+ kit! Happy modeling, keep us posted on your progress.
PS: the administrator might want to move this thread to the Scale Model forum.
cheers,

Guys,
Trying to figure out how the photo attachment to work! In the meantime, please refer the photo found on the photo library under the Greek Air Force F-16s which is pic 19 of 60, page 3.
The F-16D showed a brown rectangle attachment on the starboard CFT.
Can you guys advise what is this thing - flare/chaff dispenser system?
