Belgian AF F-16A in "NATO 50 Years" color scheme
F-16A FA60 was specially decorated in 1999 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of NATO. The top pictures show the aircraft as it appeared at the annual Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford, while on the lower picture, taken some months later, the Falcon is seen with the the Belgian tri-colore already removed from its ventral fins.

I'm still trying to figure out what you mean by 'identify'. As an aircraft identification judge, to 'identify' an aircraft means looking at a pic of it for three seconds and giving the manufacturer name, model # and common name. What do you mean by it?

But it doesn't anymore. Netz 777 now sits at the IAF Museum at Hatzirim. The standard IAF colors were applied in 1998, and a 50th Anniversary tail band in light blue was applied on the left side. This tail band was applied to all F-16s in 1998 and 1999. Most if not all have been removed now. Also noteworthy of 777 is that even though it was a Peace Marble IV aircraft, it had, and still does have, the original small stabs.
