4th FS flag ship: 15-5140 or 15-5184

For much of 2018, 140 was the flag ship from the pictures I've been seeing. Then in 2019, 184 became the boss bird, according to the pictures from Red Flag 19-1, to the UAE deployment from 4/19 - 10/19. Now it seems 140 has reclaimed that title- picture dated 1/6/20, from the most recent Power Exercise

Anyone knows what happened to 184 ? Is it still with the 4th or was it transferred to another unit.
