Germany’s F-35 fighter rebuff raises questions for Nato?

The only grudge here is coming from the French who consider the F-35 as an Alien Predator that must be resisted to the death by all true EUropeans .

Considering the very frequent claims akin to "go F-35 or you won't be interoperable with NATO" (that's right here, in the very first sentence of the article) or "go F-35 or your combat aircraft industry will die" I would say that's not a very unreasonable grudge.
