According to Scramble.nl the BF-31 in Yuma already

I got BF-19/20/21/22/23/26 and now BF-31, that's 7..
who are the other two or even more?

BTW, the post on MCAS Yuma facebook is from July 30, according to Scramble.nl BF-31 delivered on July 31

trying to figure out what's going on

so, let's sum up:
July 10 - Yuma got 8 B's
July 29/30 - Yuma got 9 B's
July 31 - Yuma got BF-31 (?) which turn to be the 10th B
Make sense?

I have looked for more facts and have found only what I have found. I live in Australia. I have no idea what happens anywhere really. I rely on GOOGLE etc....
