What PowerPC does the F-22 use?

I believe the later F-22s use a PowerPC and i960 hybrid processor? Is it the Gen 3 or Gen 4 PowerPC?

Also how modular is the F-22. Can it fit new processors with a hypervisor or does the code need to be rewritten?

I am not sure if even a type 1 hypervisor has a low enough latency to be usable (type's 2 latency is definitely too high).
