Anyone knows the upgrades are done on jets from one squadron at a time- e.g., 90th at Elmo first, then 27th at Langley, then 95th at Tyndall, and so on, or are they done across the fleet simultaneously on jets that are scheduled to go through depot maintenance?

...similarly when (timeframe, date) will the first production F-35 Block 3F be delivered with "No" SDD improvements required?
