Hello All,
I am looking to fill a position in Test Cell. Below is the qualifications/experience required.

Sound working knowledge (5 to 7 skill level, 6+ years experience) on one or more of the following engines: F100-220, F100-229, or F119-100 is required. More than one is a definite plus. Must possess a working knowledge of USAF Maintenance Information Systems and aircraft technical data. This worker will also be cross utilized to other functions to level workload peaks when they occur as time and training permits.

Hourly Wage: $30.64 per hour
Pay Increases- Pay increases occur every February.
Work Schedule: Varies. Days, swings, mids & weekend duty.
Union: Employees are a part of the International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers
Travel: Employees travel on TDYs. CONUS only.
Benefits Offered (no waiting period):
Health (Cigna)
Dental (Delta Dental of VA)
Vision (VSP)
Life Insurance. Basic Life Insurance is paid by the company. The basic is 1 times your base annual earnings. You are able to purchase supplemental Life Insurance if you desire.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance. Same as the Life Insurance.
Short/Long-Term Disability
401k (Fidelity) the Company does not match employee contributions. The reason is because the company pays into the pension through the Union. You may still enroll.
Pension through the Union. The company contributes $1.05 per hour to your union pension.
Flexible Spending Accounts (Cigna)

Paid Time Off- Begins accruing on date of hire. 2.31 hours per week. The maximum accrual limit is 120 hours. That will increase after your 3rd year of employment.
Uniforms are provided and laundered. Uniforms include $75 per year boot allowance, 11 pants, 11 button up shirts, 6 t-shirts, a belt and a winter jacket.
Other Pay:
Employees receive $1.00 per hour to work swing shift or weekend duty and $1.50 per hour while working mid shift
Employees receive $6.00 per hour to pay for their benefits. All monies that are not spent on benefits remain with the employee.
Employees working Test Cell are paid $0.25 per hour equity adjustiment.
Employees performing hazardous work will receive a 4% premium (i.e. hydrazine response)
Relocation: The Company does not pay for any relocate
