Looking for the Code One Deep Stall article

Years ago, there was a Code One deep stall article that went through the procedures to recover from a normal and inverted deep stall. Unfortunately, it has now been taken down. Does anyone have a copy of that PDF?

I also seem to remember that there was a YouTube video of Edwards Test Pilots demonstrating this rocking maneuver. However, it too is now gone.
