YouTube viewing pane

Does anyone know the trick to getting the YouTube viewing pane to come up after posting a YouTube link? I wrapped the link in the YouTube brackets but the brackets show up in the submitted post. What am I missing??

Within the You Tube brackets put the code after the equals sign

so not:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uVBv5XTjjWw

but this:
uVBv5XTjjWw

And if it's there, you also must delete the "&" (ampersand) and everything after it on the tail end of the link.
