Feel free to discuss anything here - as long as it is F-16 related.

84-1234, which served as a Lockheed chase aircraft at the Ft. Worth plant for many years before being retired several years ago, has returned to the air. It has made a couple of test flights this past week. Conjecture is that it will resume F-35 chase duties. Since L-M retired its chase F-16s, F-35 test flights requiring a chase aircraft have met that requirement with another F-35 that was currently in flight test. Recently, ATAC has been flying some chase missions with its F-1 Mirages, but that trial period seems to be over and the Mirages are said to be leaving NAS Ft. Worth.
