I did this once during towing, two months after getting a job in Bodø. The panel over the hydrazine tank fell off and we towed the aircraft over the panel. Result crushed panel and a bolt stuck head first into the tire. Not the best day at work. :oops:

Panel coming off at 9Gs and high speed vs. falling off while towing = slightly unrelated
