Reoccuring NLG Drag Brace Safety pin binding

Hello,
First post here with a technical issue. There is a jet that has had 4 times problem with its NLG Drag Brace Safety Pin. The safety pin won't move freely in the safety pin hole, whether the jet is on its wheels or on fuselage jacks.
This has happened with two different sets of NLG Drag Braces (Upper & Lower), twice on each set. Both sets are ok with rigging. In my opinion, there is something wrong with the Shock Strut.
Is there a fellow Technician that has encountered something similar?

Yes, it has done Drag Brace Wear Checks in the past without issues. I believe there is a problem with the Bearings that hold the NLG Shock Strut on the Aircraft and that's why we keep getting this problem... The problem started occuring when the NLG Shock Strut had a 6 years LG System inspection

We had a similar thought with you and we checked the shock strut bearings. We found that there was a problem with the R/H Shock Strut bearing in the NLG Well. We have put a new one in place and now we will see how that goes! Fingers crossed!
