LEF positions on slow and level flight ?

LEF positions on slow and level flight .They are go down more or stay level with ground while f16 has 10 +aoa ?

On the ground, the LEF are 2 degrees UP.
During take off and with the weight off wheel switch command, they move down and follow a AOA / Speed schedule during normal flight.
Supersonic they go 2degrees UP again.
Landing, they come up to the 2° UP with weight ON wheel.

Thanks ,but I just wondered if at higher AoA the deflection is more than the AoA ( traveling at 12 degrees AoA ,LEF deployment will be 12 degrees or little or more). Because in photos seems to be more than that specific angle. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UXAgW24deIE
