I am wondering are there any other similar aircraft under development around the world?

IIRC, the 5th generation fighters under development are: F-35 Lightning II, Eurofighter Typhoon, JAS Gripen and Dassault Rafale, but I'm not 100% sure

There are only two fighters that fall in the 5th Gen category: The F-22 Raptor and F-35 Lightning II.

The Typhoon, Rafale, and Gripen are not considered 5th Gen.

1. JAS-39 entered service formally in 1993, Rafale entered service formally in 1998, and Eurofighter entered in service formally in 2004. According to the plans of EU right now, the successor(s) of this three fighters won't be able to enter service formally until post-2030 at least.

2. Russia is developing its own 5th Gen fighter right now (PAK-FA/T-50), which may be able to enter service formally at the period of around 2015~2020, and India has shown the interest to join this program.

3. Mainland China is also developing its own 5th Gen fighter(s) (J-12 and / or J-14), which may also be to enter service formally at the period of around 2015~2020 if everything is OK.

Bombs GBU-22 Paveway III laser guided bombs ( USAF doesn't use a "GBU-22)... and even then Paveways aren't cleared for F-22 use. HARM is not cleared for use on the F-22 either.

JSF until something else is announced will probably be our ( USAF ) last manned fighter when it enters service in a few years.

PErsonaly I think the design proposals will have to be changed, these look kinda doggy and dont resemble any stealth design at all.

The consensus is the F-35 is the last manned fighter for the U.S. Admittedly, things can change down that road where we can't see. With the upgradeability of both the F-22 and the F-35 however, manned replacements for them is very unprobable.
