How much is LO/VLO?

once I have seen an article said that :
LO -10~-15 dbsm or less
VLO -25~-30 dbsm or less
but now I cannot find this article.

this is accurate, but is it true?

I would say either [A] there are no rigid numbers which define LO/VLO or [B] the real numbers are classified.
