Worked F-16's the whole time I've been in... so far.

My Jets & Assignments

88516 [Detailed history of this F-16]
Unit 524th Fighter Squadron "Hounds" [Unit History]
Period 1996 - 2000
Current: 88516   USAF 510 FS F-16C Block 40 [ act]
I was here when we had only one Block 40 F-16 in the Hounds of Heaven Sq and watched it grow into a FMC Squadron. I felt I learned more about F-111 hunks of junk then F-16's. I watched the last of the F-111's an EF-111's leave for the bone yard! Bye Bye LOL. I got an incentive flight in a F-16 block 40 while on a TDY to Nellis AFB, Nevada, It was totaly awsome!
Unit 80th Fighter Squadron "Juvats" [History]
Period 2000 - 2001
Worked Phase in the "Yellow" Juvats Dock for the whole year. All the 80th FS F-16's were mine. They were block 30's before they went to Block 40's. Got an Incentive flight in a F-16 Block 30 while on a TDY to Kadena AB, Okinawa Japan, it was bad ass!
Unit 22nd Fighter Squadron "Stingers" [History]
Period 2001 - 2004
Started working in the 22 FS, got pulled to 22 FS Phase Dock, 22 Phase turned into 52 EMS Phase Dock. I worked the Phase dock for 2 3/4 years. The F-16's were Block 50's and again they were all mine.
85452 [Detailed history of this F-16]
Unit 61st Fighter Squadron "Top Dogs" [Unit History]
Period 2004 - 2006
Current: AAFG0746   USAF AMARC F-16C Block 25 [ sto]
Work Block 25 F-16's on the flight line here. Do yoy know how you can tell the diffrence between GE engines and PW engines? PW engines are not potty trained... don't forget the bucket! WTF!
Unit 36th Fighter Squadron "Flying Fiends" [History]
Period 2006 - 2007
After leaving Luke I went to Osan and became the F-16 Cann Man... let this be a warning to everyone... DO NOT become the CANN MAN at Osan AB unless you want to work 20 days straight, 16 hour shifts, with no thanks for your hard work. I was so happy when I left that place. They were block 40 F-16's and I Canned from ALL of them. I did get a Fam flight in an F-16 Block 40... No wait.... I got 2 Fam flights the same day! Nothing like hot pitting! I Also had the great pleasure of seeing the 20mm Gun shoot... rattled the heck out of the cockpit, but kicked ass none the less... Hrumph!
Unit 35th Fighter Wing [History]
Period 2007 -
I'm now at Misawa AB, Japan working at Crash Recovery, Transient Alert and F-16 Block 50 Wheel & Tire Shop. It's a good break from the 12 hour shifts and the high Ops tempo of the flight line. I'm very interested in where I'm going for my next base.
