Flew the F-16 at Hahn's 496TFS and 10TFS. 2001: Mike "Cos" Cosby is now Major Cosby at Selfridge ANGB, Michigan. Cos punched out of a jet there after it suffered a catastrophic engine failure. He continued to fly after that. I served with Cos at Selfridge, and together for Operation Southern Watch at Al Jaber AB, Kuwait. I was a crew chief, and before I was an "official" crew chief (before going to technical school), he was the first pilot that I helped launch at that guard unit. He is a heck of a nice guy too. (Boomer) 2003: Mike Cosby is now a full Colonel in the ANG commanding the 177 FW out of Atlantic City, New Jersey. The unit currently flies the F-16C Block 25. |
