Libya having F16s, I did heard that news. Notice the Libyan Flag at coordinate (4,4). and there is no Pakistan flag even Pakistan have f16 since 1982 -

They put the flags of the countrys the Thuderbirds have been to, not the countries that fly the F-16. -

News: USAF Thunderbirds release 2005 schedule [2004-12-15]
The USAF Thunderbirds announced the 2005 air show schedule. The team is scheduled to perform more than 70 public shows in 29 states, Canada and Central America.
