USAF F-16D block 42 #88-0173 seen as the 58th FW Wing Commander's aircraft. This jet was assigned to the 311th FS at Luke AFB. After 1992 the two F-15E squadrons of the former 405th TTW were combined into the 58th FW. This F-16D was assigned to a wing commander who came in from the F-15 community, hence the two holer.
