    Personnel story: I was the Crew Chief on this aircraft when it arrived in the 421st back in 1982 (from the 4th). Several years later, my brother in MT ANG trained on this same aircraft down at SC ANG. Then in the early 90s, I screened this aircraft at AMARG as a potential Peace Marble IV EDA regen aircraft for Israel, but didn't have the heart to see it leave; I subsequently wrote it off the list of PM-IV prime aircraft and it's remained at AMARG ever since. Years later, I would see this aircraft on my many trips to AMARG; perhaps I should have allowed it to go to Israel than to die in the desert...
