Having spent most of its career as a "Boss-Bird" in the 401 TFW / 613 TFS, it was transferred to the 52 FW / 23 FS at Spangdahlem AB, Germany where it was marked "52 FW". After a couple of years in the 187 FW / 160 FS of the Alabama ANG, it went to the 27 FW / 523 FS where the "Boss Bird" tradition is continued as it is marked "27 OG".
