Lockheed Martin Tactical Aircraft Systems (LMTAS) representative Lynwood Westmoreland (left), presented the NDANG with a plaque on December 9th, 1998. The commemorative plaque honored the NDANG 119th FW's achievement of flying the F-16 over 40,000 hours without a Class-A accident.
