Nose art was applied by Sean Hampton just prior to returning home. Very similar art was applied to 188th FS F-16C 86-0357 during their 2008 deployment to OIF.

Delivered to the squadron entirly painted in white. Orange was added to the aircraft to provide higher visability. The names were pained on the ventral fins. Tail code was orange but contained the four letters 'HAFB'.
This jet was a special test aircraft with mux bus recorder, external cameras for munition testing. She played an important role in increasing the combat capability and reliability for the USAF, AFRC, ANG and foreign F-16A model.
