22nd or 23rd FS?
I'm not sure if these tail bands are blue or red? If they are red it would be 22nd FS, if blue it's 23rd FS. But could be the blue sky reflecting of the glossy tail band? -

464 belonged to 22 when i was there in 2002 but the others were in the 23. it also looks to me that the tail bands are dark gray. who knows? -
23rd, Definately
Thouse are definately 23rd, 408, 419 and 464. I was CC out there when we transferd out blk 32's from Torrejon, SP to these, Blk 50's, if I recall. Got an insentive flight in that one.
