Slacker Brown, Who did you bribe to become a Msgt. I was wondering how it feels to be retired. I am glad you are still around. Congrats on your retirement. You and the others from Hahn were some of the best people I ever new.Take care Craig. Peace Al.

Hello Craig,
I dont' know if you remember me but we were stationed @ Hahn 88-91. I started off crewing a "D" model and they pushed me on the flagship. Crazy year, I did more rag wrenching and earned more attention. After Hahn, I went to Luke, Kunsan, back to Luke and I picked up a "training" position developing training courses. After 16 years on the ramp, the change felt good.

Hi Craig, Not sure if you remember me...was at Hahn from 87 - 90 then off to Luke and cross trained into Intelligence and from there Bootstrap. Retired in 06 and now a Gov't contractor at NGA.

To all who read this page:
Craig T. Brown passed away in December of 2016. We kept in close touch over the years after we served in GE at Hahn together.
He was like a brother to me and will be missed everyday.
Craig was 50 years old

Finally got a chance to give a fitting tribute to a great instructor and better man today. I found out he passed within my first week on station at Spangdahlem. He was such a mentor to me and like a father figure in my tech training. I still wish I could have gotten back to Texas to say my goodbyes. But today I drove out to the old Hahn flightline, where the PAS's still stand outside the perimeter fence of the old airport. Poured out a Shiner Bock in his honor on the hard stand of a PAS across from the hush house, tucked the bottle and cap away where they should stay untouched. I hope he is resting easy, and I hope he is proud of the way he has left his fingerprints on today's F-16 community.
