I have been to numerous F-16 bases. Starting out my career in the 308 FS in Homestead, Fl. I then moved with the 308th to Moody AFB, GA after Hurrican Andrew destroyed Homestead. I left there to go to the 36th Fabulous Fighting Fiends of Osan AB, ROK. After taking years off my liver in Korea in one year I departed for Nellis AFB, NV (liver didnt like that) where I was assigned to the Falcon AMU supporting weapons school. I then went to Sheppard as an instructor, where I finished my degree and got commissioned though OTS. I got lucky enough to have my first assignment as an officer back on Vipers at Aviano AB, Italy and was the Maintenance Flight Commander and then the Assistant OIC for the 510 AMU (Buzzards Rule) and yes it does really take two nickles to make one dime. Once my time was up in Italy, I got selected to lead the first Active Duty beddown at an Air National Guard base in Burlington, Vt. supporting the F-16's.
DeploymentsI have done two depolyments to Iraq. |

Hey Adrian,
It's been awhile since crewing with you at Moody and seeing you again at Osan while visiting Quickdraw. It's great to see old crewdogs step up the chain an get commissioned. Thumbsup to you!! Carla
