I was the crewchief on 0624 for almost its entire time at the 184th TFG in Wichita Ks, IMO it was a good but not great F-16B, I remember about 1yr after we got the jet it started having problems passing its automated flight control checks on its 'fly by wire' system.
It turned out that it had severe corrosion on the flight control wiring connectors inside the fuselage fuel cells, I never had any major problems with the jet after that was repaired.
I crewchiefed 83-1121 its entire time at the 184TFG in Wichita Ks, it was the oldest F16C/D that we had in the unit. It was truely a great F16-C in that it was one of those jets that just seemed to want to fly every day.
It got the nickname 'Hawg Heaven' from my favorite pilot Art Harrison (callsign Hawg). He flew my jet every time he got the chance.
I hated to see her go but we were transitioning to the B1B.
