Started in 85 at MacDill in the 62nd then went to the Kun, Juvats in 90. Back to MacDill in 91 but to the 61st, a great place. In 93 they closed down F-16 operations and I went to Moody to the 308th then we merged into the 68th, Vay is right , the worst squadron ever. During that time I had a botched eye surgery that eventually led to my retirement in 97. This site is about as close to the USAF as I get now. Work on Cadillac's and Nissan's now.
Current or Favourite assignmentLot's of good, fun people for the most part. working 4 hour days during the shutdown.DeploymentsTop Gun, GD factory, OSW |

Hey Vince, It;s Jose from the 62nd Creww chief of the fabulous aircraft 80-529 in MacDill. Was going through the list of crew chief and I reconized your name. How are you? I'm still in touch with Louie Cardenas. Haven't heard from John Skalski. Hope you're doing well. Joe

Hey it's Charlie Ortiz, weapons 3 man from Jim Brown's crew. The Gun Barrel playing guy. I remember this day as clear as if it was yesterday. We redballed to EOR and got stopped by Hot Pits. Remember it scared the crap out of the EOR guys there. Hope all is well with you!
