I received orders to report to the 405 TTW, 405 EMS F-15 Phase Inspection Section (555 TFTS dock) after completing tech school at Sheppard AFB. I found out that I had received the orders by mistake and that I was suppose to report to the 58 EMS Phase Inspection Section. The 58th EMS reported me as being AWOL.

I crewed 87-257 during Operation Desert Storm. Launched Maj. Jeff "Tico" Tice on January 19, 1991 for the first daylight bombing of Baghdad, the day that he was shot down by a SAM.
