Lieutenant Colonel Mark "Dutchy" Decesari

Lieutenant-Colonel Decesari was born on January 19th, 1958 in Madera, California. He entered the USAF after graduating from Fresno State College in 1982. Mark Decesari, a Desert Storm Veteran, served his country for 20 years. His many awards include the Distinguished Flying Cross, two Meritorious Service Medals, three Air Medals, three Aerial Achievement Medals, Southwest Asia Service Medal, and Kuwait Liberation Medal. He died on June 22nd, 2004 after suffering a heart attack.

Subject line says it all. Deci was model for fighter pilots. Flew combat with him over Iraq and I'll never forget his voice on the radio.
