The Norwegian government wants to go forward with its plans to aquire an initial batch of four F-35 jets in 2016. Based on new U.S. cost data the overall cost picture has changed little.

After flying the F-35 for eight years, Lockheed Martin test pilot David “Doc” Nelson became the first pilot to achieve 1,000 flight hours in the F-35 on a test flight January 6th, 2017.
