The nose at the foreground of the photo belongs to who? Hornet? -

Yes that is a hornet, it looks like that hornet has a different set of AIFF antenna than the Super Hornets. Those look like the antenna on the F-16 while the Super Hornets looks like a flatened box. -

The Singapore Air Force (RSAF) plans to upgrade 60 F-16C/D/D+ aircraft with new Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) Radar. This radar represents a significant capability upgrade, extending the F-16's detection range and enabling the fighter aircraft to track and engage multiple targets at greater distances.
