This photo was probably taken during the RSAF 35th anniversary Open House(6-7/9/03) at Paya Lebar Air Base. This could be the start of the aerial display. Notice the F-5Ss on the tarmac. #625 belongs to 140 Sqn although the tail fin has no markings to indicate. -
