RSAF F-16B block 15 #87-0404 assigned to the 'Peace Carvin' RSAF detachment on the Luke AFB ramp in November of 1988. This aircraft never carried the 311th blue fin flash as the first few aircraft assigned did for a few months. This aircraft carries the distintive Singapore AF markings carried by the original Peace Carvin F-16A/B's at Luke. [Photo by Kevin Patrick]
