Mission Markings
Wore 29 green (555th FS) bomb markings from attacks on Kosovo and one purple (510th FS) mission marking for operations in Iraq. It is said that 31st FW bomb markings were aplied for each bomb dropped and not per mission flown. -
That is correct, if it were a bomb mark for every mission, the entire side of the acft would be covered in stickers. We flew around the clock. Every bomb dropped added a sticker to the history

Although it seemed for a while that Morocco would conclude on an order for Dassault Rafales, a French twin-engined multi-role fighter aircraft, it now seems more likely that they will order used F-16s.
