Devoid of a tail flash but due to the FS tail code identifies it as a 184th FS is USAF F-16A block 15 #82-0927. This F-16 had a fatal mishap on December 17th, 1993 with F-15A 75-0054 of the 122nd FS. [Photo by Mike Kopack]

My husband was killed in the mishap on 17 Dec 1993. I'm wondering if he is the pilot in the picture.
