This is actually aircraft 78-0492 and is a block 10. During this time we had three wing kings. Block 10,15 and 42. -

This is 78-0044, I scanned this print for Frank and it is clearly 044. Depending on when you were with the 162nd, they had lots of aircraft marked 162nd in their time.

News: F-16 uses arrestor hook at Tucson International Airport [2005-06-01]
An F-16 pilot of the Arizona Air National Guard ran into trouble while trying to take off at Tucson International Airport. The pilot had to abort his take off and as the F-16 continued down the runway the pilot dropped the hook, stopping the jet.
