RNlAF F-16A block 15 #J-864 seen during the 1997 Dutch AF Open House at Gilze-Rijen AB. During Operation Deny Flight there was a shortage of reconnaissance aircraft and so 3 additional aircraft were converted to F-16A(R) in 1994/1995. These 3 aircraft were #J-864, #J-866 and #J-867.
