If you look real close, this is the
"LEFT" wing, unless the negative was reversed. I'd also be willing to bet that's a F-4G in the background.

There are nicer ways to have an RWR system installed on an F16. Just look at RNLAF, they have RWR too, but no odd shaped beercans
