looking at this patch it looks fake if you look at the number 315 ( it looks like photoshop )

Certainly fake. By the time the Netherlands Air Force went to Kandahar 315 sqn was alreay disbanded

So far as I know it's a "joke" patch. The RNLAF 315 sqn never participated in Kandahar because 315 sqn is de-actived before the Kandahar story. Some former 315 sqn members made this patch forfun.
