This patch is a modified version of the squadron "Friday" patch that was designed specifically for the squadron's flight surgeons. The kanji on the lower right says Samurai Isha, and it means "Samurai Doctor." The original patch on which it is based says "Samurai Wood Merchants" on the top and "Send Us Your Champions" on the bottom, and the kanji on the original says Kamikaze.
