In the span of a month, two South Carolina Air National Guard F-16 pilots have reached a milestone few aviators achieve. Col. David "Oscar" Meyer is the second pilot from the 169th Fighter Wing to reach 4,000 hours in the F-16 while deployed supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
