Hill’s F-35A and airmen mastering first Pacific deployment

Hill Airmen generate 3,000th F-35A sortie, adopt upgraded ALIS

F-35 complete first European training deployment

Hill total force team welcomes F-35
The active duty 388th FW and AFRC 419th FW formally welcomed the arrival of the F-35 Lightning II during a ceremony hosted by Lockheed Martin at Hill AFB on October 14th, 2015. The ceremony was attended by Airmen, Air Force leaders, Utah elected officials, and members of the local community to mark the beginning of F-35 operations at the two fighter wings. First operational F-35As arrive at Hill AFB

Dec 17, 2013 - Hill AFB was recently selected as the new home for the Air Force's first operational F-35A Lightning IIs. But, these jets are also set to patrol the skies of the Green Mountain State in the near future.
