Hill F-16s collide, pilots safe

Two 388th Fighter Wing F-16s collided in mid-air about 1:30 p.m. today over the Utah Test and Training Range, located 105 miles west of Hill AFB.
One aircraft impacted the range and the pilot ejected safely. The pilot was located and transported to a hospital where his condition will be evaluated.
The other aircraft sustained damage and landed safely at Michael?s Army Air Field at Dugway Proving Grounds.
There was one person on board each aircraft.
An accident board is being formed to investigate the incident.
