Norway to evaluate F-16 MLU missile approach warning system

September 10, 1997 (by Lieven Dewitte) - The Royal Norwegian Air Force has awarded Northrop Grumman's Electronic Sensors and Systems Division a contract to integrate itsAN/AAR-65 imaging ultraviolet missile approach warning system on an F-16 Mid-Life Update aircraft, and to demonstrate its performance.
