Venezuelan F-16s to fly in Cruzex IV

Six F-16s and two C-130 Hercules from Venezuelan airforce are at Natal AB, Brazil to take part in the forth bi-annual Southern Cross (Cruzex IV) joint military exercises.
In a press release, the Venezuelan Air Force reported that its Dragon aircrafts achieved their first seven hours of flight on Monday, as expected, "showing that they are fully operational."
The exercise running from Saturday, November 1 to Sunday, November 16, will have a delegation of 166 Venezuelan Air Force pilots commanded by Brigadier General Alfonso Javier Ortiz to participate in war games together with delegations from five other countries.
Col. Carlos Ramos Quilarque, commander of the Fighters Air Group 16, was the first to take off on Monday.
